@Rogers trying to reach your customer care to cancel my internet from past 3 days. After being on wait for over 1.5 hours (after which your FIDO network automatically disconnect me) and trying to reach your chat through Anna (on which it says experiencing issues,try later) (1/2)

@RogersHelps Correct. It means that yesterday when I reported the issue at 4, there wasn’t any outage and no one was looking at it, when I spoke at 7PM, no one was looking at it then, right now- no one is looking at it. A technician is going to come between 2-4 to look at it and fix it.

@RogersHelps My ignite internet has been down from last 15 hours. Chatted with your agent and he lied that there’s an network outage affecting my home (no mention of the outage on Anna or your Twitter page). This is really bad customer service on top of unpredictable internet !!

@RogersHelps There is no one looking to resolve the issue. The technician is going to come in next 3-5 hours. Until then- no one is doing anything. And if my statement is wrong- can you please provide details of who is working on my case and where?

@FlySwoop just because I didn’t pay for the seats, you deliberately separated my seat (travelling with an Infant) and my wife and put us on different rows. That too with half the plane empty. Wow. This is a new level of low.

Many vaccine appointments available outside of GTA, while hotspots in GTA waiting for vaccines- why don’t you designate GTA postal codes to areas with availability of vaccine so that they can travel to get vaccinated? Will help with overcrowding
