i didn't realize, but around this time last year, naruto joined @AvailProject fulltime.

it's been a whole year! i can't believe it myself.

start of 2024, i was interviewing at a lot of places and it came down to a few great orgs. But in the hindsight, i genuinely believe that Avail was the best choice I could make.

from talking to both the founders @prabalbanerjee and @anuragarjun and learning their grander vision to working with a team of cracked engineers, product and marketing team, it's been a growing journey.

i cant emphasize much, but I believe that every person who works at Avail brings something of 10x value on the table with a distinct personality while also being compatible with rest of the team. (i hope you understand what I mean).

over the past year, I have been part of an airdrop, series A announcement, mainnet launch, multiple events, working across and contributing to all the teams internally and 100s of teams externally.

it's been quite rewarding experience overall including dev stuff, BD, marketing and growth.

i really believe that every person is motivated, sharp, knowledgeable and has eyes on the mission to accelerate Avail as the true Unification layer of web3 all while having fun.

thanks to this team for keeping up with me and my dumb ideas and still entertain them every time.

looking at the most recent price action, it’s trying to form some kind of a base around the 0.75-0.78 range

that last leg down got bought up quickly, and now price is consolidating in a tight range, it’s hovering just below 0.82, which has been acting as resistance

if it can flip that level and hold above 0.85, we might see some momentum shift, but until then this is still just ranging after a market wide downtrend so no confirmation of a reversal yet

i'm looking for a real push with volume, if bulls can step in and send this past 0.85 with some force, then maybe we can start looking towards reclaiming the 0.90+ levels

bottom line is this: it's showing early signs of stabilization, but no real confirmations yet

if you’re trying to play the bounce then tight risk management is key
