Curt Cignetti has a fascinating philosophy...don't waste anyone's time, coaches not expected to work nights just get work done, limited practice to keep players healthy
Let’s go! Saw him get in the game against Colorado last week. Talked to Phillip Ocon’s dad, he made their traveling team as well. He’s playing center, will most likely redshirt. @SGVNSports
Former St. Francis center Phillip Ocon had surgery on his right hand. Then he showed the Colorado State coaches he can also snap with his left hand. That's called being ambidextrous.
I've been fascinated by Phillip Ocon switching from snapping right handed to left handed earlier this year due to injury. For him? No big deal. Quite a mentality. Fun chat with Ocon on this

Hadn't shared this one yet, but quite a thing going on with CSU reserve center Phillip Ocon. He broke his hand...and just started snapping with the other hand.
Here's Jay Norvell on it

Note the UP KICK and the ELBOW LIFT. Thats why the second hand is a lift as lift what you can. Lifting the elbow if you can’t get belly cloth is painful to the rusher.
