I'm livid. We rented a car from @rentawreck in Orlando in June and they stole $366 from us...First, when we arrived at the rental center, they piled on a bunch of last minute fees, which we begrudgingly paid since there were not many other options at that point.

We filled a dispute with our credit card company that investigated and sided with this scam of a company. We're appealing but this company obviously spends more time trying to figure out how to scam customers out of their hard earned money than they do anything else

@ValleyHospital myself and my whole family are disgusted by the disrespect and lack of sympathy we have received during the course of my grandmother's end of life care. Staff would glare, whisper and snub us as we all came to say goodbye.

The worst is this morning, two hours after my grandmother passed my mother and aunt are still waiting in the room with their mother's body for a doctor to come and while waiting a nurse tried to chastise them for having two visitors at a time. Myself & my family are beyond angry
