@JetstarAirways@the_riley_webb Totally agree—11kg including a laptop and I’m told to either pay $85 or throw my belongings in the bin they literally pointed at. Peak “customer service.”
@JetstarAirways Is this how you treat first-time travellers during a cost of living crisis? Booked via Qantas, wasn’t aware a laptop counts toward carry-on weight. Charged $85 for 11kg and told to “throw items away” when I asked for help. Really disappointing!
@ING_Aust Disappointed that my refinance to takeup the 3k cashback offer got rejected because i applied and cancelled the application end of last month b4 settlement when i saw the new offer advertised. to take up the offer of 3k i applied again which was rejected by ing!
@acloudguru Linux academy subscription wasn't migrated and am unable to access any training on acloud. surprised to see your support is 9-6 est for a global company of users around the world!
@Telstra My lease finished and asked to return the device by end of Aug as per Telstra SMS but since the device isn't returned yet, getting letters and calls to pay nearly $400. But am planning to return by end of Aug as advised.
@FlyAirNZ it's too late now! Imagine family of 9 traveling to US from Aus and one of elderly passenger was told she can't travel as transit visa req. Apparently your reservation team don't know this which is just shocking!!! Shame on AirNZ
@FlyAirNZ since when transit visa is required for flights within next two hrs? Air NZ reservation doesn't know about it. Friends family relied on this info from AirNZ reservation and had to leave elderly passenger behind. Absolutely shocking and disappointing
