@AmazonHelp It doesn’t say anything on that link about it taking upto 2 weeks to receive the item back. If i returned to a high street store it would be refunded within 5 working days. I won’t be purchasing from you again for a long while.

@AmazonHelp They were pretty useless. 12 days the package has been in transit back to you. It seems this way everytime for me, yet others get a refund within 48 hours.
