Because it isn't happening.

Mississippi is a conservative state and about ⅔ - ¾ of teachers are conservative.

Most teach and the accountability model makes sure that they only have time to teach the standards.

I'll wait for a list of story time with tranny schools in Mississippi, but I won't hold my breath.

I've got to believe that we could build a battleship capable of carrying huge amounts of cruise missiles as well as much cheaper low tech artillery that would be much more cost efficient.

maybe 2 long barrels vs 3. They could take big hits that smasher vessels could, and operate along side the carriers.

They could double as carriers for Marines.

I don't think so. Moving the third world there would cost a fortune for a nation work a very similar debt problem to ours as well as remove them from where China needs them: Out there in the third world as trade partners.

China industrialized SO FAST that they now have a huge problem adjusting to their shrinking, upside down demographic model. You can't centrally plan that efficiently.

They're probably under the 1 billion mark now. They kept "One Child" as policy for too long.
Currently, nations like Vietnam are taking the 'cheap labor' jobs from them. Even in Mexico, the labor is cheaper and the workers are more educated.
