@AndyBTravels@ChimeWhistle That's a common question at Ely, where the bridge is somewhere at the top of the league tables for strikes. Not sure whether it's currently number 1 in the country...
So begins the familiar cycle of fear mongering stories about a new railway. Next, coverage & support for protests. Then once angry people & protestors have increased the cost with mitigation, legal battles & extra security, there will be media outrage over the increased costs.
