The Alabama Literacy Act was passed in 2019 to help improve reading in AL public schools to ensure students are reading on grade level by the end of the 3rd grade.

The US DOE is launching the Engage Every Student recognition program to recognize LEAs & CBOs providing access to high-quality summer & after-school learning programs. We want Alabama's programs to be considered for this honor. Use the link to apply.
