Stop me if you’ve heard this before but the school shooter today was known to the FBI.

Reminder for those calling for more laws: He’s 14 so it’s already illegal for him to have a gun.

We don’t know how he got it yet but we know he broke gun laws to get it. More laws don’t fix that. This is a culture issue. We had the same guns 60 years ago (including AR-15’s) and we didn’t have teenagers doing this. Our culture is sick and THAT is what we need to fix if we want this to stop.

Until we address the culture issue, the mental health issues and the pharmaceutical issue, we will continue to see these tragedies. It won’t be easy but this IS fixable, it just takes the desire to ACTUALLY fix the problem. Heartbreaking.
