Just watched a horrific video about stray dogs in Delhi being rounded up ahead of G20 in the most uneducated & barbaric manner. @Manekagandhibjp if there's anything that can be done to ensure these poor animals are fed, cared for & returned home, we must act soon.

@Saran_dm A German Shepherd Rocky was stolen in broad daylight on Sunday afternoon from outside his home in Chhapra, which is next to the commissionerate by two men on a Bullet. Rocky won't survive outside his home.
