@CareFirst @quarles_karen One time my husband was on hold for 75 mins and finally hung up bc he had an appt. Another time it took 93 minutes to talk to a person (who couldn’t have been lovelier) but the system needs to change and idk if you need to hire more people or what but it is RIDICULOUS.
