The business plan is solid and we did a lot of work setting up a line to freeze a diversity of produce. We started with apples and sweetcorn and co-packing aronia berries.

@okaton_farm I started out using extravagant recipes for all sorts stuff. Out of time/necessity started eliminating things…no noticeable difference. Start with good meat, use good start temp and good end temp with rest…it’ll be good. Ignore the noise
