Onchain value, offchain standards.
ProofRails turns your onchain payouts into ISO-ready records, then anchors a proof on Flare so auditors can confirm what happened and when.
Now every app on Flare can speak the language of finance.

2025, without a doubt, has been an incredible year for @Ripple, and a record year for crypto as a whole. Although we have a couple of months left, this announcement feels like the cherry on top of a mountain of good news:
Today we announced a $500M investment in Ripple, from Fortress Investment Group, @citsecurities, @PanteraCapital, @galaxyhq, Brevan Howard, and Marshall Wace at a $40B valuation.
This investment isn’t just validation of Ripple’s growth strategy and business built on the foundation of XRP, but also a clear bet on what the future of crypto will look like. I’m very proud of what we’ve built, and all that’s to come.
The President has confirmed what I can scarcely bring myself to say: my dear friend, Charlie Kirk, is gone. In all my years, I have spoken tens of millions of words—but tonight, I have none.
Tomorrow, many of his friends and his Blaze family will join me on national radio and podcast as we try to honor him. I pray that God grants me the words worthy of such a man, though I know none of us could ever truly capture the depth of his faith, his courage, and his love for this country.
Pray, please, for his family. And pray for our republic, which has lost one of its most faithful defenders.
I can only imagine the joy that must now fill his heart as he hears those words we all long to hear: “Well done, my good and faithful servant.”
Rest well, Charlie. Until we meet again.
We’re honored to be named one of @CNBC's World’s Top Fintech Companies for the third year in a row! https://t.co/xxJg65cW4p
Thank you for this recognition. It reflects our ongoing commitment to building the Internet of Value and transforming how money moves around the world. ️
For YEARS, crypto companies have been calling on Congress to pass crypto legislation and set rules of the road. This is the first major financial bill since Dodd-Frank -- the first crypto bill to pass in the Senate, which now moves to the House, a truly historic moment.
Thank you to @SenatorTimScott, @SenatorHagerty, @gillibrandny, @Sen_Alsobrooks and many more for their leadership.
This just in…we have final approval from @NYDFS for $RLUSD! Exchange and partner listings will be live soon – and reminder: when RLUSD is live, you’ll hear it from @Ripple first.
And it’s official - the interview I gave with @60Minutes about crypto’s fight for regulatory clarity in the US will air live this Sunday Dec 8 , and available here afterwards:

If Gensler and the SEC were rational, they would have moved on from this case long ago. It certainly hasn’t protected investors and instead has damaged the credibility and reputation of the SEC.
Somehow, they still haven't gotten the message: they lost on everything that matters. Ripple, the crypto industry, and the rule of law have already prevailed.
While we'll fight in court for as long as we need, let's be clear: XRP’s status as a non-security is the law of the land today - and that does not change even in the face of this misguided - and infuriating - appeal.
(Remember, when the SEC tried unsuccessfully to file an “interlocutory appeal” they made clear they had no intention of challenging XRP’s status as a non-security.)
The SEC asked for $2B, and the Court reduced their demand by ~94% recognizing that they had overplayed their hand. We respect the Court’s decision and have clarity to continue growing our company.
This is a victory for Ripple, the industry and the rule of law. The SEC’s headwinds against the whole of the XRP community are gone.

Never in crypto have we seen a decentralised bridge.
Why? Because it's extremely hard to do.
That's why you see the space providing inferior multi-sig solutions instead.
The current bridges are a popular attack vector for bad actors due to the lucrative prize pool.
Things need to chance, a better solution is coming...
The #FlareNetwork will introduce the very first decentralised bridging protocol in the form of F-Assets.
This allows non-smart contract networks to *trustlessly* bridge native assets onto the network, unlocking value.
The Flare Network is built differently...
Built with a focus on data and interoperability from the ground up.
Hugo said it, the team are doing it: "Build Better Bridges".
Today, I stepped down as CEO of Binance. Admittedly, it was not easy to let go emotionally. But I know it is the right thing to do. I made mistakes, and I must take responsibility. This is best for our community, for Binance, and for myself.
Binance is no longer a baby. It is time for me to let it walk and run. I know Binance will continue to grow and excel with the deep bench it has.
Im pleased to announce that @_RichardTeng, our now former Global Head of Regional Markets, has been named the new CEO of Binance today.
Richard is a highly qualified leader and, with over three decades of financial services and regulatory experience, he will navigate the company through its next period of growth. He will ensure Binance delivers on our next phase of security, transparency, compliance, and growth.
Prior to joining Binance, Richard was CEO of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority at Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM); Chief Regulatory Officer of the Singapore Exchange (SGX); and Director of Corporate Finance in the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
With Richard and the entire team, I’m confident that the best days for @Binance and the crypto industry lay ahead.
As a shareholder and former CEO with historical knowledge of our company, I will remain available to the team to consult as needed, consistent with the framework set out in our U.S. agency resolutions.
What’s next for me?
I will take a break first. I have not had a single day of real (phone off) break for the last 6 and half years.
After that, my current thinking is I will probably do some passive investing, being a minority token/shareholder in startups in areas of blockchain/Web3/DeFi, AI and biotech. I am happy that I will finally have more time to spend looking at DeFi.
I can’t see myself being a CEO driving a startup again. I am content being an one-shot (lucky) entrepreneur. Should there be listeners, I may be open to being a coach/mentor to a small number of upcoming entrepreneurs, privately. If for nothing else, I can at least tell them what not to do.
On that note, I am proud to point out that in our resolutions with the U.S. agencies they:
- do not allege that Binance misappropriated any user funds, and
- do not allege that Binance engaged in any market manipulation.
Funds are SAFU!
With that, I look forward to seeing the new leadership take the reins. Please join me in congratulating Richard on his well-deserved promotion.
Onwards!
CZ
It’s absolutely unconscionable that a regulator – when presented with so much pushback on what he was about to say / how he compiled this fake “test” in the first place – decided to move forward anyway, and throw an entire industry into chaos.
BREAKING: @JoeBiden@WhiteHouse Has Just Denied @nypost Access Amid #HunterBiden Indictment Speculation; Press Freedom Concerns Intensify
The New York Post reported on Monday that the White House press office denied the newspaper access to President Biden's public event earlier in the day, coinciding with the potential indictment of Hunter Biden on tax fraud and other criminal charges.
