@Avis your gal Natalie at LHR rental car return was a GEM! We had to return our 2nd rental at LHR Airport and she took the best care of us. Natalie ensured that we did not incur extra charges from the damaged car. She was WONDERFUL! #giveheraraise

@Avis your gal Bethany at the Inverness airport took super great care of us! Our rental was damaged when we picked it up at LHR, worse than we thought. Stewart came to swap the tire, but we had to swap cars instead. Bethany and Stewart took amazing care of us! #givethemaraise

God Bless the TSA agent near gate C37 at DFW. Another passenger and her son were harassing me, and the TSA agent let me stay by her and calmed me down until the other passenger finally walked away from me. Thank you for your kindness! @TSA
