🚨 Japan’s Supreme Court has decided that its Grand Bench will convene to deliberate on same-sex marriage in the country.

Six lawsuits filed by LGBTQ+ couples will be reviewed. So far, five high courts have already ruled that the ban on these marriages is unconstitutional. people assumed things weren’t going well cos in this era, silence usually means struggle but then one random afternoon, she resurfaced with a simple update: new city, new job and a new life already in motion.

that’s when it clicked to me that she wasn’t absent, she was just focused while everyone else was talking about what they planned to do, she was actually doing it... no pressure and no outside opinions shaping her decisions, just quiet execution and maybe that’s the real edge

some people don’t chase attention while they’re building, they just let the results make the noise later.

I have a co-worker who never announces anything. You don’t know she applied for a promotion until she’s already in the new office.
