How dare you threaten students for exercising their democratic rights?
Please note, you are the ones that will be held accountable when the time comes.
There is no conclusive proof. But the circumstantial evidence that there is pro-Argentina bias in FIFA affecting the World Cup:
1) In the group stage opener against Algeria, Messi caught Aïssa Mandi with a studs-up challenge on the Achilles and escaped any card. FIFA later admitted the VAR officials got it wrong and sanctioned them.
2) The inconsistency became undeniable when the United States' Folarin Balogun was sent off in the Round of 32 for a near-identical foot-on-ankle challenge on Bosnia's Tarik Muharemović. Pundits directly compared the red card to Messi's uncarded foul on Mandi.
3) In the 2026 Round of 32 against Cape Verde, referee Drew Fischer did not enforce the tournament's new rule requiring an injured player to remain off the pitch after treatment. He waited for Argentina's Nicolás Tagliafico to return before allowing a Cape Verde corner. Several uncalled fouls in that game also went Argentina's way.
4) Today against Egypt, with Egypt leading 1-0, Mostafa Ziko finished off a long breakaway to make it 2-0. VAR sent Letexier to the monitor and the goal was disallowed for a Marwan Attia shirt-pull on Lisandro Martínez that occurred roughly 20 seconds earlier and nearly the full length of the pitch from goal.
5) Neutral officiating experts, not just Egyptian fans, called the decision wrong. Former FIFA referee Mark Clattenburg said he did not believe it was a foul and did not believe VAR should have intervened at all, adding that the call was inconsistent with the physical contact referees had allowed all tournament.
6) The winning sequence produced a second grievance. In the buildup to Enzo Fernández's stoppage-time winner, Egypt appealed for a penalty on a Salah challenge and for an Alexis Mac Allister shirt-pull, and VAR checked neither. Hassan cited the unreviewed Mac Allister pull directly in his post-match remarks.
7) The 2026 grievances land on top of a 2022 record In Qatar, Argentina were awarded five penalties, the most ever by a team in a single World Cup edition, with Messi taking all five. That same tournament, Messi handled the ball against the Netherlands in the quarterfinal and escaped a yellow card.
8) FIFA has appointed an all-Argentine crew, led by Facundo Tello, for Thursday's France–Morocco quarterfinal, the tournament's first all-same-country panel.
9) Comments attributed to Infantino after an Argentina match were widely discussed as suggesting bias toward Argentina before he later clarified them, and a deep Messi run drives far more global viewership and revenue than one without him. This establishes incentive.
FIFA cannot be trusted. Egypt was robbed. Argentina are coasting to another title under FIFA protection.
Dear Friends, please help this message reach the makers of the malayalam movie Vazha 2. It is long, but very important.
A recent malayalam movie, called Vazha 2 portrayed a character who keeps consuming ayurvedic medicine -(arishtam, a herbal liquor, with 10-15% alcohol, which Ayurveda practitioners blindly claim to have "health benefits")- and ends with serious fatal liver disease.
The people behind the movie are intelligent and well-informed. For decades, the Ayurveda community has been feeding public and patients the narrative that herbal medicine is safe and effective, even the ones containing toxic botanicals and alcohol. This narrative is now being challenged because there is a large body of peer-reviewed evidence that without reasonable doubt show that Ayurvedic herbals can be extremely toxic to the liver, sometimes even leading to death or liver transplantation. Now the movie format is bringing this to public's notice.
My most impactful publication on this was literally about a 14 year old girl developing severe alcohol-related hepatitis due to long term use of PRESCRIBED ayurvedic herbals (the same category mentioned in the movie) for epilepsy management.
Published paper: https://t.co/m1xklJH4eh and media report: https://t.co/8P6BKsEyLM
There are also other reports that show ayurvedic herbals can cause cirrhosis (https://t.co/bVhEfxm7N6), severe liver injury (https://t.co/DUM6upItUL, https://t.co/7vus6pBDQi), liver failure (https://t.co/XWRkbH9H4q) and death (https://t.co/oJcSFUi2eD).
Analysis of Ayurvedic herbals - classical formulations, proprietary herbals as well as traditionally prepared ones have consistently shown alcohol, liver toxic botanicals, liver toxic heavy metals and organ damaging adulterants (https://t.co/t8EzBeDS9S). Ayurveda is a harmful pseudoscience which which even global experts agree with (https://t.co/maJjdzYffe).
Now, the Ayurveda Medical Association of India (AMAI), which is in fact, a third rate society of Ayurveda practitioners and the herbals manufacturing companies that they are in cahoots with, has served legal notice against the movie writers and producers. They have threatened further action if the specific segment in the movie was not removed.
The same AMAI group sent complaints against me to the police, Courts and also Prime Ministers Office also when I published peer reviewed papers on harms of Ayurvedic herbals. They could not even scratch my epidermis with all of that legal drama, because science wins. Evidence shines.
These so-called Ayurveda Practitioners are losing business because public is realising that their products and services are one, useless (no evidence) and now two, dangerous also (more side effects than beneficial effects). An existential crisis is looming over their quackery business.
I would like to offer my complete and highest level of academic expertise and support to the makers of the movie Vazha Part 2 to fight these cheap, fragile ego suffering so-called alternative medicine practitioners (SCAM) of Ayurveda who think they, and their unscientific businesses are above evidence based medicine and public health.
DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT, modify or remove anything from the movie. It is perfect and a huge needed public health activism. Keep up the good work! Do not bow down to any legalized glorified quacks!
And for everyone here, watch both parts of Vazha movie. It is brilliant and worth your time and money.

This is a procedure called Viddhakarma, an Ayurvedic "surgery" involving puncturing of specific points (often Nasagra or tip of the nose) with a needle, and is clamied to treat conditions like chronic sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, deviated nasal septum (DNS), and loss of smell.
https://t.co/kZ0aYAAqwc
PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS. DO NOT VISIT AN AYURVEDA PRACTITIONER FOR ANY OF YOUR HEALTH NEEDS. THEY ARE CRAZY.
The person pictured here, is an Ayurveda practitioner herself, undergoing this traumatic and dangerous procedure. This does not cure or control any disease. The procedure is also done without any infection control steps.
Local site infection that can track down the nose to the sinuses, excessive bleeding (from the Little's Area of the nose, a highly vascular region located on the lower-front part of the nasal septum), inflammation and damage of nasal cartilage, nerve damage to the external nasal nerve are all complications that these incompetent fools cannot identify or have knowledge about.
Ayurvedic degree teaches a different anatomy and physiology and students have ZERO competency in realistically treating themselves, forget patients.
Do not send your children to study Ayurveda. Send them to study proper STEM branches. Ayurveda is BS pseudoscience, evident from these foolish dramas on social media.
Please do not enroll your children into Galgotias University in India even though it was awarded the best private University by our honorable Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi.
The Journal of Molecular Pharmaceuticals and Regulatory Affairs is a retired journal.
Last publication was in 2019.

There is a predatory version of the same journal which is also retired. Last publication was in 2022.

The paper written by a "Research Scholar" from Galgotias University, titled: "Corona Virus Killed by Sound Vibrations Produced by Thali or Ghanti: A Potential Hypothesis," is possibly published in the predatory one, not the original one...and retracted from there too.
This was reported by Retraction Watch: https://t.co/rva1DfHOAD
Imagine the credibility of a researcher, of getting published in a predatory journal and getting retracted from a predatory journal?
That is what Galgotias University does to its students.
Madhav Gadgil, the pre-eminent ecologist, has just passed away. He was a top-notch academic scientist, a tireless field researcher, a pioneering institution-builder, a great communicator, a firm believer in people’s networks and movements, and friend, philosopher, guide, and mentor to many for over five decades. Trained at the very best universities in modern science, he was at the same time a champion of traditional knowledge systems - especially in biodiversity conservation.
His influence on public policy has been profound going back to his crucial role in the Save Silent Valley Movement in the late 70s and early 1980s. His intervention to protect forests in Bastar was crucial in the mid -80s. Later, he gave shape to a new direction to the Botanical Survey of India and the Zoological Survey of India. During 2009-2011, he chaired the Western Ghats Ecology Expert Panel and wrote its report in a most sensitive and democratic manner that remains unmatched in both substance and style.
He had studied biology at Harvard under E. O. Wilson, who had been hailed as Darwin’s Heir. Although inspired by Wilson, Madhav Gadgil - unlike most others who went to study abroad - came back to India to build its own research capacities and capabilities, guide students, engage with local communities, and make a difference to policy. In all of these he succeeded more than admirably. Luckily three years back he was able to bring out his delightful memoir, which is at once educative, entertaining, and enlightening.
Madhav Gadgil’s life was devoted to scholarship in the noblest sense of the term. He will remain an iconic and inspirational figure.
Speaking on a personal note, in the twenty-six months I was Environment Minister during May 2009- July 2011, I turned to him every other day for guidance and advice. And our conversations were not confined to matters related to ecology. We spoke often of his father Dhananjay Gadgil, one of India’s greatest economists and author of that classic The Industrial Evolution of India in Recent Times, first published in 1924. We would also speak of the intricacies of the Indian monsoon, since his wife Sulochana was an authority on the subject.
Nation builders come in different forms and varieties. Madhav Gadgil was definitely one of them. Above all he had the hallmark of a true scholar— he was gentle, unassuming, and exuded empathy and humility behind which was a vast ocean of knowledge and learning.
Absolutely SHOCKING service @redBus_in. Booked G8 Express via redBus for an imp exam. Bus broke down, passengers stranded for 5 hr, ZERO help/alternate arrangement. Forced to spend ₹13k on a taxi to save my exam. No refund, no accountability. Is this how redBus treats customers?
@redBus_in Delayed replies, copy-paste responses, and zero accountability this is how u handles serious complaints? Responding days later on social media is NOT resolution. Customers deserve action, not silence. #redBusFail#ConsumerRights#MentalHarassment
Look at Indian legend Sunil Chhetri’s jersey
He was made to wear a jersey with Messi’s picture and a text that says Maha for Maharashtra and Deva for Devendra Fadnavis.
A man who gave his whole youth to Indian football was used as an advertising board.
Disgraceful.
