I talked about my time at @UWaterloo and how the pressure cooker environment prints ambitious people who start companies - like me, Martin Kess, @markstevenwai, @SisunLee, @pveen_a, etc.

I shared how the OG idea for Hamming was inspired by our time at @Tesla, @CitizenApp, and @anduriltech.

No enterprise wants to have a PR chatbot-is-hallucinating nightmare like Air Canada.

AI Voice agents can fail unexpectedly due to background noise, accents, interruptions, social engineering attacks, etc.

Automatically testing them pre-deployment and continuously monitoring them in production is the only way to gain confidence.

2025 is the year of reliable AI Voice Agents.
