@zmnake @pepsula dosłownie było badanie gdzie były 3 grupy ludzi
1. ćwiczący + sterydy
2. ćwiczący bez sterydów
3. sterydy bez ćwiczeń
i wynik po kilku tygodniach przyrostu mięśniowego był taki ze najwięcej mięśni zbudowała gruba 1 potem 3 najmniej 2 XD nie pamiętam jednak co to był za specyfik

INSANE HOT TAKE - BEAR WITH ME HERE

For new champion releases, they should be DISABLED in ranked, but UNBANNABLE in all other queues

If they are stupidly OP, having actual game time on it will result in Riot being able to see that faster and getting to hotfix nerf it faster, while also not affecting the real mode that matters (ranked)

Players will also GUARANTEED get a chance to practice playing with/against the champ pretty much every game, so there won't be any more "I don't even know what he does why did he just oneshot me" anymore

It's a flip if you're first pick or second pick, so you'll (theoretically) have a relatively even chance of playing it/playing against it

And bottom line we all get to play more lobbies, because it's absolutely exhausting going through 50,000 dodges whenever a new champ releases because there's no real punishment in normals + champ is just banned all the time which is boring and helps nobody

@bonevoid idk about banning new champs from rankeds but new champs shouldn't be bannable outside off ranked in 1st patch 100% agree

@bonevoid literaly i couldn't get him once for over a week after release outside of ranked cuz either hes banned in normals if im 1st pick or 1st picked by enemy and every release is the same
(dont tell me about swiftplay it's a different game for me im not clicking on it ever again)
