Bihar's Traditional Nuniya Mutton – 🥩🍲
No oil. Less spice. Pure flavour.
Marinate mutton with curd, ginger, garlic, turmeric, and salt for 2 hours. Add onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and a little cumin & coriander powder. Pressure cook on low heat in its own juices (add only a splash of hot water if needed). Finish with black pepper and fresh coriander.

बिहार की जनता कुछ गंभीर सवालों के जवाब चाहती है।
बिहार सरकार ने Ampera Life India Pvt. Ltd. द्वारा ₹5,600 करोड़ के निवेश की घोषणा की है। यदि यह परियोजना वास्तव में धरातल पर उतरती है, तो यह बिहार के लिए बेहद स्वागतयोग्य और रोजगार सृजन करने वाली पहल होगी।

लेकिन सार्वजनिक रूप से उपलब्ध जानकारी कुछ महत्वपूर्ण सवाल खड़े करती है—

•कंपनी का गठन हाल ही में हुआ बताया जा रहा है।
•सार्वजनिक रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार इसकी घोषित पूंजी (Paid-up Capital) इस विशाल निवेश की तुलना में बेहद कम दिखाई देती है।
•कंपनी के पूर्व बड़े प्रोजेक्ट, वित्तीय क्षमता या फार्मा/बायोटेक क्षेत्र में बड़े स्तर के अनुभव की जानकारी सार्वजनिक रूप से उपलब्ध नहीं है।

सार्वजनिक रूप से उपलब्ध जानकारी के अनुसार:
• कंपनी का पंजीकरण (Incorporation): 10 फरवरी 2026
• कंपनी का रजिस्टर्ड ऑफिस: नोएडा, उत्तर प्रदेश
• अधिकृत पूंजी (Authorized Capital): ₹10 लाख
• चुकता पूंजी (Paid-up Capital): ₹20,000
• सार्वजनिक रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार कंपनी के दो निदेशक हैं: मनीन्द्र कुमार सिन्हा और शरद साकलेचा।

ऐसे में बिहार की जनता जानना चाहती है—
1. ₹5,600 करोड़ का निवेश किस स्रोत से आएगा?
2. इस परियोजना के पीछे निवेशक, फंडिंग पार्टनर या बैंक कौन हैं?
3.क्या BIADA ने कंपनी की वित्तीय क्षमता और तकनीकी योग्यता का स्वतंत्र मूल्यांकन (Due Diligence) किया है?
4. क्या यह वास्तविक निवेश है या केवल एक MoU/प्रस्ताव, जिसे भविष्य में चरणबद्ध तरीके से लागू किया जाएगा?
5. यदि यह बिहार के इतिहास का सबसे बड़ा निवेश है, तो इसकी विस्तृत जानकारी सार्वजनिक क्यों नहीं की जा रही?

बिहार को निवेश चाहिए, लेकिन पारदर्शिता के साथ।
अगर यह परियोजना पूरी तरह वास्तविक और मजबूत है, तो इन सवालों के जवाब सार्वजनिक करने में किसी को भी कोई आपत्ति नहीं होनी चाहिए।

जनता के पैसे, जनता की ज़मीन और जनता के भविष्य से जुड़े हर बड़े फैसले पर सवाल पूछना लोकतंत्र का अधिकार है, राजनीति नहीं।

If anyone seriously thinks of diverting the Ganga in a way that harms the people of the Ganga basin, they should expect fierce, united, and uncompromising democratic resistance. The livelihoods, agriculture, ecology, and rights of millions in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, and other riparian states cannot be sacrificed in the name of grand engineering. We've seen the long-term consequences of policies like freight equalization. Do not repeat history by asking one region to bear the cost of another's development. Any attempt to push such a decision without scientific consensus, transparency, and the consent of the affected states will face sustained public opposition, legal challenges, and political consequences. The Ganga is not a resource to be redistributed at the expense of those who depend on it—it is the lifeline of millions, and that lifeline will be defended.
