#PimpriChinchwad, July 2, 2026: A shocking hit-and-run incident was reported in the Hinjawadi area on Thursday morning. The incident took place on the Marunji Link Road between Marunji and Wipro Circle.

According to information received, an argument broke out between a motorcyclist and the driver of a white Swift Dzire while they were travelling on the road. The dispute quickly escalated into a high-speed chase.

Near Wipro Circle, the car allegedly rammed into the motorcycle, causing the rider to crash into a parked car. The biker suffered a serious head injury in the collision.

After hitting the motorcycle, the car driver fled the spot at high speed towards the Capgemini office.

Initial reports suggest that both parties may have been at fault. A video of the incident has surfaced on social media, and people are demanding a thorough and speedy investigation into the case.
