𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐤 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐚-𝐊𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐞, 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐫𝐚.

▪️The Government of Maharashtra has approved ₹175 Crore for the pending land acquisition for the Nashik Phata-Khed Elevated Corridor project in PMRDA limits.

▪️The remaining amount for acquisition within the PCMC limits is yet to be approved.

▪️This project includes a 29.923 km 8-lane elevated corridor on a single pier. The project scope also includes 6 laning the existing at-grade highway along with 2-lane service roads on both sides.

▪️The widening of the existing highway requires a lot of land acquisition, which is yet pending and hence, delaying the contract award.

▪️The tendering process for this project has already been done with the following firms placing succesful bids:

1) Adani Enterprises Ltd.
2) GR Infraprojects Ltd.
3) Prakash Asphaltings and Toll Highways India Ltd.

▪️Once the land acquisition issues are sorted out, the contract will be awarded.

▪️The deadline for this project is 3 years from the date of award.

तळेगाव ते चाकण 4 पदरी उन्नत महामार्गास मान्यता

मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली आज विधान भवन, मुंबई येथे मंत्रिमंडळ पायाभूत सुविधा समितीची बैठक पार पडली. यावेळी मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस यांनी राज्यातील सुलभ दळणवळणासाठी महामार्गाचे जाळे विकसित करण्याचे निर्देश दिले.

मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस म्हणाले, पुणे जिल्ह्यातील पायाभूत सुविधा प्रकल्पांमुळे येथे निश्चितच औद्योगिक विकासास मदत होणार आहे. पुणे शहर परिसराची वाहतूक कोंडीतून सुटका होण्यासाठी महामार्गाची कामे होणे अत्यंत गरजेचे आहे.

पुणे जिल्ह्यातील तळेगाव ते चाकण क्रमांक 548-डी राष्ट्रीय महामार्गावरील 0 ते 26 किलोमीटर दरम्यान 4 पदरी उन्नत आणि 4 पदरी जमिनीस समांतर महामार्गासह याच महामार्गावर चाकण ते शिक्रापूर दरम्यान पुढे 26 ते 43 किलोमीटर लांबीमध्ये 4 पदरी जमिनीस समांतर महामार्गाची डीएफबीओटी (डिझाईन, फायनान्स, बिल्ट, ऑपरेट ॲन्ड ट्रान्सफर) पद्धतीने सुधारणा करण्यास मान्यता देण्यात आली.

या महामार्गाची कामे पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर चाकण औद्योगिक वसाहतीतील वाहतूक कोंडी सोडविण्यासाठी मदत होणार आहे. त्यामुळे ही कामे दर्जेदार व विहित कालमर्यादेत पूर्ण करावी, असे निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस यांनी यावेळी दिले.

यावेळी उपमुख्यमंत्री सुनेत्रा अजित पवार, मंत्री शिवेंद्रसिंहराजे भोसले व संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

1️⃣ Pune–Shirur Elevated Corridor (Pune AhilyaNagar Highway):53.40 km, ₹7,515 crore. Kharadi–Vitthalwadi to have a 3-layer design with road, 6-lane flyover and metro. Includes a 31 km continuous flyover. Groundbreaking expected soon.

2️⃣ Hadapsar–Yavat Corridor (Pune Solapur Highway): 31.50 km, ₹5,262 crore. 3-layer stretch up to Pune Ring Road with metro provision, followed by a 6-lane elevated corridor. Groundbreaking expected soon.

3️⃣ Nashik Phata–Khed Corridor (Pune Nashik Highway): ₹7,808 crore. Planned as a 10-lane corridor with flyover, road below, service roads, and possible future metro integration. Land Acquisition ulmost finalised. Tenders will be floated soon.

4️⃣ Talegaon–Chakan–Shikrapur Highway: 53.20 km. Talegaon–Chakan ₹6,499 crore; Chakan–Shikrapur ₹5,232 crore. Will separate local and heavy traffic and improve MIDC connectivity. Tender finalized. Groundbreaking expected soon.

5️⃣ Ravet–Narhe Elevated Corridor (Pune Bengaluru Highway NH48): ₹6,000 crore DPR prepared; ₹1,600 crore service road work underway. Will ease congestion on NH48. Delayed due to court cases. Resolution expected by March end.

6️⃣ Pune–Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Greenfield Expressway: 192.50 km, ₹15,000 crore. Pune–Sambhajinagar in about 2 to 2.15 hours; Pune–Nagpur in 5 hours via Samruddhi.

7️⃣ New Pune–Mumbai Expressway: New route from Pagote to Chauk via JNPT after Atal Setu. Phase 1 worth ₹5,000 crore. Travel time may reduce to 1 to 1.5 hours. Tender for Phase 1 to be floated soon. Phase 2,3 will connect Chauk to Pune Ring Road at Shivare.

8️⃣ Pune–Bengaluru Greenfield Expressway: Proposed extension from Pune Ring Road to Bengaluru. Travel time may reduce to 4.30 to 5 hours. Approval by Central Cabinet expected soon.

9️⃣ Pune Ring Road: Being developed by MSRDC. Will connect major new expressways and elevated corridors, reducing city traffic. Work underway.

🔟 Palkhi Marg: ₹10,000–11,000 crore project covering Dehu-Alandi to Pandharpur nearing completion. Inspection planned in May 2026, followed by inauguration in the hands of Hon'ble PM Narendra Modi.

1️⃣1️⃣ Old Pune–Satara Highway (NH48): ₹6,000 crore DPR for 32 km stretch; ₹1,600 crore service lanes approved; Navale Bridge elevated road planned; Khambatki twin tunnel nearing completion.

1️⃣2️⃣ Old Mumbai–Pune Highway: Around 65,000 PCU daily. ₹8,000 crore DPR prepared. Urgent upgrades needed due to heavy traffic and accident risk.

These projects are worth ₹50,000 Crore to have the potential to transform mobility, reduce congestion, improve logistics, and strengthen economic growth across PMR.

Towards Better Connectivity – Ring Metro for Pimpri-Chinchwad, Hinjawadi IT Park & Chakan MIDC 🚇

In a key meeting on 21st September with Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, MahaMetro MD Shravan Hardikar, and Commissioner Shekhar Singh, my suggestion to explore a Nigdi to Chakan metro via Talawade was taken into consideration. 👍

📌 Key metro related points discussed:

1️⃣ New Route - Nigdi to Chakan via Talawade: The proposed route via Talawade, Cambay Chowk, Mahindra, Mahalunge, and Kharabwadi will benefit Talawade IT Park and Chakan MIDC phases 1–5, forming a Ring Metro connecting Pimpri-Chinchwad, Hinjawadi, and Chakan. Pune Metro will soon conduct a survey for this critical missing link and submit the DPR for approval.

2️⃣ Revision of Nigdi–Wakad–Chakan Metro Alignment: DPR of 42 km route will be reviewed to connect more residential and industrial zones, facilitating smoother travel for workers to and from Hinjawadi and Chakan.

3️⃣ Double-Decker Bridge - Godown Chowk to Chakan (Pune–Nashik Highway): Reviewed with Pune Metro and NHAI teams, this bridge will accommodate both the Nashik Phata–Khed Elevated Corridor and the metro line for seamless connectivity.

4️⃣ Double-Decker Bridge - Ramwadi to Wagholi: Designed to accommodate the Pune–Shirur Elevated Corridor and the metro line 1 extension from Ramwadi to Wagholi, ensuring uninterrupted travel.

5️⃣ Fast-Tracking Approvals: After the DPR revision and Talawade extension, a special meeting will be held in the presence of CM Devendra Fadnavis to finalize resolutions and approve corridor extensions.

This is a significant step towards modern, efficient urban mobility for Pune’s IT and industrial hubs.

📌 I hope my other route suggestions will soon be taken into consideration to ensure 100% coverage of Pimpri Chinchwad areas.

1. PCMC has already prepared a DPR for a Neo Metro along the HCMTR alignment, which will cover key PCMC areas and provide interchanges with Metro Lines 1, 2, 3, and the Nigdi–Chakan corridor.

2. Nigdi to Wagholi via Chikhali, Moshi, and Charholi.

3. Pune Metro is also preparing a DPR for the Ramwadi to Pune Airport/Lohegaon line, which could potentially be extended towards Vishrantwadi, Dighi, Charholi, and Alandi.
