Shameful double standards by @UCOBankOfficial

A circular was issued to every employee
“No expenditure on gifts or festivals, including Diwali.”

But what’s happening at the top?
CMD is hosting a Diwali party tomorrow (Sunday) at CMD Lawn House, distributing expensive gifts to executives - all on the bank’s expense!

So when it comes to staff -
No gifts,
No sweets,
No celebrations.

But when it comes to the CMD -
Bank-funded Diwali party!

Public money for personal celebration and lectures of “fiscal discipline” for everyone else.

This is not leadership.
This is hypocrisy at its peak.

💥 यूपी ग्रामीण बैंक का #BIMA_DIWAS कमीशन का काला कारोबार!

सर्कुलर में साफ लिखा गया - हर शाखा को ₹25,000 का बीमा प्रीमियम “अनिवार्य रूप से” बेचना है।
👉 कुल शाखाएँ: 4,353
👉 कुल न्यूनतम प्रीमियम: ₹10.88 करोड
👉 कुल कमीशन: ₹2.07 करोड

और फिर उसी सर्कुलर के नीचे लिखा है - Mis-selling या force-selling सख़्त मना है। 😂 मतलब - जबर्दस्ती बेचो, लेकिन जबर्दस्ती मत करना!

अब देखिए इस जबरन अभियान के पीछे का कमीशन खेल 👇

पद कमीशन %रकम
RM - 5% - ₹54.41 लाख
GM- 5%. - ₹54.41 लाख
चेयरमैन 7% - ₹76.17 लाख

💰 कुल कमीशन: ₹1.85 करोड़
(सिर्फ न्यूनतम टार्गेट पर जबकि असल बिक्री तो इससे कई गुना ज़्यादा करवाई जा रही है!)

👉 सर्कुलर पर साइन किए हैं रामलाल बंकर (महाप्रबंधक) ने, और ये सब हो रहा है चेयरमैन की जानकारी और अनुमति से।

ये “BIMA DIWAS” ग्राहकों के हित के लिए नहीं,
बल्कि ऊपर वालों के कमीशन और झूठी Non-Interest Income बढ़ाने का खेल है।

नीचे वालों के लिए:
📞 रोज़ फोन, धमकी, मीटिंग्स और टार्गेट का बोझ।

ऊपर वालों के लिए:
💼 करोड़ों का कमीशन और “achievement” की फोटो सोशल मीडिया पर

बैंक का हर स्टाफ़ दबाव में है,ग्राहक भ्रमित हैं, और अधिकारी इसे “motivation” का नाम दे रहे हैं।

सच तो ये है कि ये “BIMA DIWAS” नहीं, “BANKER OPPRESSION DIWAS” है।

अब सवाल है कि क्या चेयरमैन और GM जवाब देंगे कि “Bima Diwas” के नाम पर चल रहे इस force-selling ड्रामे से क्या बैंक की साख बची रहेगी?

Eight out of 12 Govt-owned banks have seen cut in no of employees in past five years between FY21 and FY25. Overall, from 7,70,190 to 7,56,721. No wonder, PSU bank employees are under pressure. Technology can’t be the explanation for lesser no of staff when business is growing

पूर्व BUPGB चेयरमैन D.P. Grover (अब भी पद पर हैं) के समय, बिना टेंडर, बिना पारदर्शिता के e-BUPGB में शाखाएं खोलने के बजाय बंद करने की सलाह लेने के लिए करोड़ों में BCG को हायर किया गया

Bank को तो सुझाव माँगना चाहिए था कि “बैंकिंग कैसे बढ़ाएँ?
पर यहाँ पूछा गया कि“कौन सी शाखा बंद करें?”
वाह रे पब्लिक बैंक! पैसा हमारा, एजेंडा किसी और का!

📎 चेयरमैन को पत्र भेजा पर हमें पता है वो जवाब नहीं देंगे,
क्योंकि जवाब देने से उनके अपने ही फँसेंगे!

तो फिर —

1. एक सरकारी पुलिसवाला इंस्टाग्राम पर थाने में स्वागत है जी वाली रील कैसे बना सकता है.?

2. एक सरकारी अफसर सरकारी गाड़ी से शादी-ब्याह में कैसे जा सकता है.?

3. एक सरकारी बाबू दफ्तर के टाइम पर यूट्यूब चैनल कैसे चला सकता है.?

4. एक सरकारी नेता अपने रिश्तेदारों की कंपनियों को टेंडर कैसे दिलवा सकता है.?

5. और सबसे बड़ा सवाल — सेवा करने की शपथ लेकर कोई इंस्टाग्राम इन्फ्लूएंसर कैसे बना सकता है.?

Modi Govt merged lot of Public Banks with REGIONAL presence to make Big Bank with Pan India presence.

State Bank of 'Mysore' with mostly kanndigan staffs was merged with SBI. Internal transfers, Outsiders postings without geographical strategy done.

@TheOfficialSBI transferred the lady to spare her further harassment from your language goons. PSU Banks are required to provide service in local language. They are not required to make their specific staff speak in the local language. The so-called customer was not asking for a service or a detail to be explained to him in Kannada. He was forcing another individual to speak to him in a specific language. It is a text book instance of bullying and harassment. All throughout your life, the only thing you have done is to divide people on the basis of caste, class, religion, region and language. Don't you think that at least in the fag end of your long life, you should do some good? Amend your ways? Be a decent human being for once? At least be a leader for all citizens?

@Tejasvi_Surya Root Cause of this issue is created by Your Govt only, who merged Banks with regional presence of Karnataka like 'SBI MYsore' , Vijaya Bank, 'Andhra Bank' to Other Nationalized Banks.

And then done Transfers & Postings out of State and posted outsiders.

HR Policy in Public Banks need major reform. Front staffs shouldn't get postings in non-native states.

Ask Banks to recruit Local Officers & Customer Associates rather forcing others to serve in regional language.
