People from all walks of life joined the Kurdish community in Devon yesterday to help celebrate Kurdish New Year.
In their homeland Kurds are separated into four countries, Turkey, Iran, Iraq and Syria - but people from all four countries came together for the event in Exeter- which was filled with live music, traditional dancing and talks!
A heartfelt thank you to ITV West Country for joining us and capturing the essence of this special day Newroz! We sure have a rich Kurdish culture, and we are happy to be part of this brilliant city, Exeter!
