@shyamsundar and I decided to participate in a self inflicted 30 day hackathon sprint to see what we build!

I have been quiet the last few months, it feels like I have lived many lives but I can never go back being the same. From raising VC, to finding new customers, learning how to actually build something people want is a pilgrimage everyone should take at some point.

Still learning, and showing up. I haven't figured out everything, no way near it (there's definitely been more failures, than home runs). At times it feels like every day is a new beginning but I wouldn't have it any other way, this is the only way to grow.

Sydney needs more of this. Find the most ambitious, gifted people you can trust and move in together, you will find the customers, the capital, and also have the most fun you ever have!

@paulg Absolutely! Its like a painter now, you can take inspiration from sources. The best ones now wont be the precise code writers but more so the architect, especially at early stage startups!

The redundant communication between people should be done between them. Organising, useless updates, just anything which lets humans focus on things that matter.

Reducing admin for everyday communication is the way to go!!!

Whichever one is cost effective/is more suited towards your taste.

booked this airbnb for a month to build something amazing.

Kush is the most amazing person i know.

not long ago i spent a few months in SF for the YC P26 batch and went through a crazy mindset shift.
i’ve realized we need to be willing to take the risk and bet on ourselves.
we don’t need the perfect idea.
and having all the runway in the world doesn’t help at all if we’re not building fast.
we need to be extremely fast, work like hell, and just repeat.

we’re following this every day, every hour.

our ability to just go all in, despite the uncertainty, is a real boon.

there’s an old story about Sisyphus.
he spends his whole life pushing a boulder up a mountain.
without any purpose. without curiosity. just the endless climb.

i don’t want to spend my life being Sisyphus.
we still have to work as hard as we can, there’s no doubt.
but i’d rather leave the boulder and have fun chasing it downhill.

once we realize the top doesn’t exist,
and the journey itself is the goal,
everything starts becoming easier.

that’s why i left everything to go all in on this.
i am not in SF right now, but SF is always in me.

we’ve 30 days.
and it starts now.
