@Sephora@hudabeauty I find it very upsetting that you will not stand behind your customer who’s gift card was compromised! I’m being told bc it was purchased through a third party im out $$ even though the stolen gc was used on your website!! I have the gift card in my possession! Disgusting!!

@Sephora how can you not stand behind your gift cards just bc they weren’t purchased at your store. Ours was hacked and your staff members basically told me I’m out of luck. Used on your own website, too! Way to treat your customers.
