@FedEx is very dependable! Every single time, my package through them is delayed. I literally don’t want to buy online from sites that use them to send the package! Why FedEx??!! Why??!!

@BestBuySupport Your customer care execs do not have any clue on how to care for customers! Spent an hour on the call trying to get a copy of a receipt n did not get it! They were clueless n were just reading of a script!

@VirginAtlantic on the day of travel, they get a text from @jetairways dat says hand baggage of 7kg wid no personal item allowed. Ur website says 10kg + personal item!!! Wat fun do u n @jetairways get from harassing senior citizens!!
