@Ledger_Support @SuiNetwork @Mysten_Labs @Ledger Appreciate your response but the only thing that can be done is get the app back ASAP and ENSURE it doesn’t happen in future…..u must provide warnings at the point ppl accept to update the new firmware so they get the chance to move funds elsewhere before updating 🙏

@SuiNetwork @Mysten_Labs @Ledger_Support @Ledger TEN DAYS LATER and still Ledger haven’t fixed the SUI app’ and put it back on their catalogue. Turns out for the last 10 days it’s been ‘my keys STILL NOT MY CRYPTO’ for my SUI on a ledger 🤷‍♂️😡

@Ledger_Support @jaccy78 ….the fact a customer has to raise idea instead of the dev that knew the firmware update would delete the app and remove it from the app cat’ therefore prohibiting access to that customers money astounds me.

I guess ‘customer service’ is an aspiration not expectation @Ledger🤷‍♂️

@Ledger_Support @jaccy78 Is there an ETA for this fix? It’s the least your customers deserve seeing as u decided to remove all access to MY money (SUI tokens), with ZERO warning! Maybe provide a notice on future updates if u r going to remove apps so ppl can make arrangements before updating? 🤷‍♂️

@CryptonationN @jaccy78 @CryptoTeluguO @Ledger I think u are missing the point…..the latest firmware update (2.2.1), deleted the SUI app from all Nano X’s and the SUI app is no longer available on the Ledger App Catalogue……How are we supposed to access our SUI tokens via https://t.co/6nLhxueOUm using our Ledger??? 🤷‍♂️
