Iv had 3 implode when picked up this month alone. That’s 3 lost coffees, 3 mild burns, 3 ruined shirts, 3 times the car needed to be cleaned, 3 times my coworkers faced me without caffeine. The collateral damage is endless really. I hope she recovers that’s unimaginable

That law suit against @TimHortons should be class action. Thankfully I haven’t burnt myself to that extent. But burns, damaged clothing and car cleaning. Those cups are time bombs and they won’t even give a sleeve unless asked for. We need a new king of coffee in Canada.
