I told him it was a card trip that I can’t pay another money, immediately he ran away with my package

Till now, I’m yet to get my package

After two hours I called him again to know his whereabouts, he said his bike broke down at the express

Which the estimated time was 45 to 50 mins

Driver completed the ride on the app few mins to 2 without getting to my location

I reported to the bolt support immediately but they are not responding up till now
