@O2 Unfortunately i haven't received a new SIM nor has the number been transferred to my temporary number. Spoken to two agents today. one dropped the call.

@O2 @virginmedia Hello O2. I have heard the worst customer service experience trying to retrieve my number from a lost sim card to a new temporary sim. A week later after being to O2 shop twice and speaking to 7 agents. I still can't get my number transfered. Help.

Agent 4 - sorry order wasn't placed let me complete new form for number change
Agent 5 - hold on for your PUK no. (Waited 30 min and call was dropped)
Agent 6 - gave me PUK No after 10 minutes of back and fourth.
Agent 7 - Sorry will give you a call tomorrow on transfer status

Agent 1 - we have sent form give it 48 hours your old number will be activated
Agent 2 - form was sent be patient
Agent 3 - Sorry transfer didn't go through. Let's send you new Sim in post tomorrow.
