Crime: ABH
Age when sentenced: 19 years

My son was just 19 years old when he was sentenced to 2 years for ABH. However, the judge added a new sentence named the ‘indeterminate sentence for public protection’ (IPP).

@Zorenium Try civil rules & procedure 2015/2016 I have had multiple items of property of my own stolen so I know how it feels & have had to go through lengthy court procedures in an attempt to recover the cost of the items lost.
Also check case law surrounding kevan thakrar & civil cases

Its 4am nearly & yesterday i was insulted & verbally abused by some horrible indvidual.
He tried to call me a rapist witch did cause me distress & is clearly still on my mind.

@oonskie @JENGbA @kylemajor2189 1998 - note which govt. that was. Punitive zeal (which is always to say, racist punitive zeal) wasn't a "defect" of Lab. Management 1997-2010, it was the defining feature across "crim. justice", immigration, welfare, housing, mental health etc. Never explicitly renounced since.

@mwayservices I believe there should be better lighting on the m1 south from Sheffield witch goes onto the m18 Doncaster At this point when it’s dark you can’t see a thing and the floor markings are terrible.
Not really really a safe part of the motorway in my opinion.
