In case you were wondering how my endless phone calls and other interactions with @ChaseSupport went - they said to DM them, which I did, and then they told me to call their phone line. I’ve been a long time customer, but time for me to #cancelchase
Hey @ChaseSupport - we’ve spent 3 hours on the phone with your customer support trying to simply change the name of an airline ticket. Now you’re charging us $300 for a “service fee”? What is the point on continuing to use you?
@cberniez As someone who has had an eye twitch many times, the best solution is to just accept your new reality that you will be spontaneously half winking at people.
@mkwng I’ve been getting scam phone calls forever. Answering, pushing buttons, etc. just tells them that the number they have is a real phone number and will increase their call amount. They cycle their phone numbers just enough so you can never block them.
