This image is one of the most terrifying images in the world. They have formed a circle around little children, as if choosing victims. #EpsteinTrumpFiles#Trump#Epstein

Nobody has fought harder for full release of the Epstein files and prosecutions of those who abused children more than I did, knowing full well that the legacy media, far-left propagandists and those who are actually guilty would:
1. Admit nothing
2. Deny everything
3. Make counter-accusations against me
I knew that I would be smeared relentlessly, despite never having attended his parties or been on his “Lolita Express” plane or set foot on his creepy island or done anything wrong at all.
Nonetheless, the extreme pain of being accused of being the opposite of who I am was worth it.
The strong must protect those cannot protect themselves, especially vulnerable children. I will gladly accept any amount of future pain to do more to protect kids and give them a chance to grow up and have happy lives.
En deuil pour mon pays d accueil la Suisse. Aucun mots suffira pour exprimer cette tristesse. De tout cœur avec les familles des victimes.
No words can express this profound sadness. My thoughts are with the families of the victims. ❤️🕊️

Day of shame for #NZ. In late timeslot towards end of high-level segment of UN General Assembly, Foreign Minister reveals what Cabinet decided 11 days ago: that unlike many others with whom #NZ normally is likeminded, Govt will not recognise #Palestine. Incomprehensible.

Muchas gracias, Prime Minister @sanchezcastejon, for your warm hospitality, and for #Spain’s continued commitment to health and partnership with @WHO.

#Cholera remains a major public health threat in Africa, with over 213,500 suspected cases and over 4,400 deaths just in 2025.
To tackle this threat, I joined President @HHichilema and @Dr_JeanKaseya in launching the continental preparedness and response plan against cholera, aiming to:
1. Reduce deaths by 90%;
2. Eliminate cholera in 20+ countries in the region;
3. Strengthen preparedness, surveillance and regional collaboration;
4. Drive the whole continent towards elimination by 2030.
Political commitment and leadership are key to bring this plan into reality. Together! #RC75

.@WHO’s staff residence in Deir al Balah, #Gaza, was attacked three times today as well as its main warehouse.
Israeli military entered the premises, forcing women and children to evacuate on foot toward Al-Mawasi amid active conflict. Male staff and family members were handcuffed, stripped, interrogated on the spot and screened at gunpoint.
Two WHO staff and two family members were detained. Three were later released, while one staff remains in detention.
32 WHO staff and family members were evacuated to the WHO office once access became possible.
WHO demands the immediate release of the detained staff and protection of all its staff.
The latest evacuation order in Deir al Balah has affected several WHO premises, compromising our ability to operate in Gaza and pushing the health system further towards collapse.
WHO’s main warehouse located in Deir al Balah is within the evacuation zone, and was damaged yesterday when an attack caused explosions and a fire inside.
With the main warehouse nonfunctional and the majority of medical supplies in Gaza depleted, WHO is severely constrained in adequately supporting hospitals, emergency medical teams and health partners, already critically short on medicines, fuel, and equipment.
WHO urgently calls on Member States to help ensure a sustained and regular flow of medical supplies into Gaza.
As the lead agency for health, compromising WHO’s operations is crippling the entire health response in Gaza.
A ceasefire is not just necessary, it is overdue.

Yet more than half the world’s people, in countries both rich and poor, cannot access the health services they need.
We must ensure health is a right for all, not a luxury for some. #MandelaDay
Member States - State Parties to the International Health Regulations (2005) - have the right to decide whether or not to adopt and, subsequently, implement amendments to the IHR. We regret the US decision to reject the amendments adopted by consensus by the World Health Assembly in 2024 — including by the US, as the US played an active role in developing and negotiating those amendments together with other countries.
Hence, I wish to correct inaccuracies stated by @SecKennedy and @SecRubio:
- the 2024 amendments were proposed, negotiated and adopted by Member States, based on the learnings from the COVID-19 pandemic;
- the 2024 amendments are not about empowering WHO, but about improving cooperation among Member States in the next pandemic;
- the 2024 amendments are clear about Member States sovereignty. WHO has never had the power to mandate lockdowns, travel restrictions or other such measures - Member States have the power to do so if they see the need.
- risk communication is an essential part of any emergency response, as populations need to be informed in a timely way. Using disease outbreaks for propaganda would be destructive and disastrous;
- WHO is impartial and works with all countries to improve people’s health. Here is the timeline of the WHO COVID-19 response: https://t.co/rs4vEo7QGF
Like the US, WHO would like to see better and stronger cooperation among countries in tackling current and future health threats. The world’s nations came together to create such a system when they created WHO, and they continue to support this system.
