The traditional mission of the journalist is to 1) be independent, 2) fight power on behalf of citizens. We are getting, with very few exceptions, cowards who worry about their reputation & are afraid to fight the monoculture.
@derose This. You can see it happening with all ‘touchy’ subjects: climate change, feminism, racism, religion,... If you’re skeptic of something, you’re immediately labelled a troll and in most cases something much worse.

This brave new world of Mr #Zuckerberg in which tens of thousands of #Facebook employees decide what is fake news and what is not, scares me. This is a public task for the public authorities.
Cryptocurrencies are like highly correlated call options with no expiration. Both collectively and individually they provide asymmetric upside. But...at some point the music will stop and most will lose 90%+ of their value (again), and many will never recover. No idea when.
