@UberEats I had a less than desirable experience with a delivery driver and when I reported it to customer support they weren’t addressing the issue and just responding with canned answers that the AiChat already previously gave me. Zero help. Very irritating as a customer.

Sigh! Another @UPS_Canada delivery that says “attempted” but we have a 24 concierge that was literally at the desk. Now I have to pick up at an access point with no redelivery options. This is ridiculous.
