Thought I’d share what I did in an NQT FB group. NQTs without a role are beginning to consider supply. I am a current NQT who’s been supply the past year. Opinions are my own, but may help someone who’s considering supply👩🏼‍🏫

Side note: I want an NQT role but I have loved supply!

NQTs for September! You should not be creating a folder full of evidence for your induction year. You may be asked to present evidence if required. But there is no need for a huge folder full of paper. There is no statutory requirement for this to happen. #nqt
