This video shows landlord of G. Jamaica, Ali Shaam, being tortured by La Familiar gang Mauroof and co.

Ali Shaam rented his property to gang member Mauroof Mohammed Didi (Mau) for 2 months. But when he realised Mauroof was selling drugs there, he asked Mauroof to leave. But Mauroof came with his gang La Familia, kidnapped him, tortured him, filmed it. He was then coerced into signing a court registered agreement that extended 3 month lease of the house to Mauroof’s younger brother Ali Shimaan (also a gang member) for 50 years. Landlord Ali Shaam and his family were then forced to flee their home.

After 2 years when landlord Ali Shaam thought they had left. He had reported it to Police and began renting it out again. He found a new tenant, a good family.

But Mauroof and his gang came back to the house yesterday and showed an agreement from Dec 2024, which shows his brother Ali Shimaan transferring the lease (subleasing) to another gang member called Athoof, for 5 years. They did it so even if Police catch them selling drugs there, his brother would be safe.

But landlord Shaam said he had already reported the previous incidents to police and that their sublease agreement is invalid as new tenants are living there and that it’s over.

Then they said it’s not over and started breaking down doors and damaging the property, threated the current tenants. A very old 80 year old woman also lives there. They’ve taken control of the property now, the family is still technically inside. Gang is also inside. Even tonight they’re there. Even as I write this, they’re inside. Police intel officer told that police are awaiting a word from Home Minister @min_mohst. But Ihusaan is hesitating to do anything about it. It’s been 48 hours now.
