@BJPMarshall @BBCNolan @TicketmasterUK I think if they had worded their email like this then there would not be an issue. It seems to me that someone at Ticketmaster simply copied and pasted the original email sent out in the first two rounds of the ballot. A better worded email would have avoided all of this.

@Coronation2023 Yes I've been affected, basically the same as others I had an email saying I was successful in getting 2 tickets through the ballot & had until 27th April to claim them, but the tickets were then sold out. T&C's on original ballot never mentioned 'first come first served' basis.

@CostaCoffee why are you no longer using almond milk? This seriously limits my dairy free options, I can't consume soya products and oat milk doesn't agree with me, leaving me with coconut milk as my only option. I hope you will reconsider this decision, it's very disappointing

Hi @Plusnet are there any issues in the SN15 (Chippenham) area this morning? My broadband connection keeps dropping out, 3 times so far since 7.30am
