@WizKayTV It's a mid round First, a late round First plus a 2+3 versus 3 late Firsts. I think the optics of seeing "Myles has been traded for 3 Firsts" would have made people feel better but I don't think that was even a guaranteed better package than what they got
@trobdawk4@_PeteSmith_ Myles has a no trade. He was only ever going to a contender so it's either 19, 32 and a 2+3 or it's 32, 32, 32. I just don't see a huge difference in those packages
@WizKayTV 3 Firsts were always going to be very late picks. Verse is worth at least a mid round First. So you get another in '27 plus a 2 and 3. Value is fairly equal to 3 Firsts
@ericj_d They got a '24 first rounder that's already proven to be high end EDGE, another first rounder, a second and a third. 3 firsts was the most quoted compensation previously. This isn't far off
#Cavs describe themselves as even-keeled and say they don't ride the roller-coaster from game to game emotionally, but the unpredictable nature of their team on a nightly basis is astounding. It may as well be a roulette wheel.
