@MoneySavingExp I am looking for help and advice - my sisters migration from SSE to OVO failed and she is currently 28hrs with no electric in her house - ovo and pass her from pillar to post, she has a chronic illness and this is making her worse - we don’t know where to go next

@ofgem looking for help - my sister electric was migrating SSE to OVO, it failed she’s now 24hrs with no electric and is disabled - we are getting no help, 3 failed engineer appts - we are stuck
