Great see @BBCBreakfast talking about the awful delivery derives …. Hope @dpd and @riverisland are watching! Still no dress and now “it’s disappeared” …Good to hear I get a full refund after 30 days regardless if it’s not with me…. when do they investigate who has my dress?

Hey @riverisland and @DPDgroup_news any idea when I am going to receive the dress I ordered on 21st December for paid next day delivery. It has been sat in the dpd centre 15 miles down the road since 23/12 at 2am. Now told May be here by Friday?! Not good guys!!

@riverislandhelp Now delayed until 3/1….. has been sat in depot since 21/12…. So the Christmas dress that was relegated to new year will now be an Easter frock if I’m lucky
