This dangerous open drain was supposed to be concealed by the SR scheme developer.
But non-performance of the builder and inaction by SRA, fellow citizens are left at the mercy of God.
Lives are at stake. urgent intervention needed! @CMOMaharashtra @Dev_Fadnavis @sunilshinde0007

The open drain (Naala) (gutter) wall is damaged & shaking dangerously. People, including children, walk here daily and several houses stand on it. It may collapse anytime – posing a huge risk!

Requesting immediate action 🚑⚠️

@MumbaiPolice @Aadhikar_ Generators emitting poisonous gas, fabrication noises disrupting peace in late night, and a violation of the principal lease deed agreement. Witnessing inhumane treatment towards fellow citizens. Seeking immediate intervention from @MumbaiPolice and @mybmc for a swift resolution.

Petition Group/ group of alert senior citizens have prepared exhaustive list of documents which citizen shall demand from developers.
We are not experts.
You are an appointing developer so you have to dictate your terms after getting all the information from the developer.
