UGC outreach hack…
Hire a VA from the Philippines on Fiverr to handle creator outreach.
Give them your criteria, and they’ll spend hours finding and messaging creators while you focus on scaling.
Costs very little and has saved me countless hours.
This is the outreach script I’ve been using 👇
“ PAID PROMO! Hey, we love your content. We’re on a mission to [whatever your app is solving] and would love to work with you on a potential partnership. Let me know if you’re interested! “
Super simple and straight to the point.
CEO Higgsfield:
"Focus on bringing the first dollar by day 30 of product development, and maybe 1 million ARR by day 90."
This isn't theory. He took Higgsfield to $200 million in revenue in 9 months, faster than Slack or Zoom. It's now worth $1.3 billion.
Skip to 0:48. That's where the interview starts. Here's what I can't stop thinking about:
> A lot of businesses can really scale to tens of millions of dollars today profitably with AI
> Eight out of eight said the same thing
> riches are in the niches
> it's the next industrial revolution. It's probably more powerful than the internet
And he leans on Claude across his work, from Excel to security.
You don't need a $500 course or a co-founder to start.
My ranked tier list of all 20 free Anthropic courses is below.
This deserves more attention, because it’s a really cool @Starlink use case.
They’re using collars on cattle that connect to Starlink satellites in space, allowing ranchers to create and adjust a “virtual fence” in real time right from their phone in the middle of nowhere. You don't need to be close to a radio tower anymore. Literally no-one has done this before.
🚨 OpenAI charges $0.006/minute. Google charges $0.024. AWS charges $0.024.
Someone just open sourced a tool that does it for $0. And it's faster than all of them.
It's called Insanely Fast Whisper. And that's not hype. That's the benchmark.
150 minutes of audio. 98 seconds to transcribe. On your own machine. No API key. No cloud. No per-minute billing.
Here's what the numbers look like:
→ Whisper Large v3 + Flash Attention 2: 150 min of audio in 98 seconds
→ Distil Whisper + Flash Attention 2: 150 min in 78 seconds
→ Standard Whisper without optimization: 31 minutes for the same job
→ That's a 19x speedup. Same model. Same accuracy. Just faster.
Here's what it does:
→ One command to transcribe any audio file or URL
→ Speaker diarization — knows WHO said WHAT
→ Transcription AND translation to other languages
→ Runs on NVIDIA GPUs and Mac (Apple Silicon)
→ Flash Attention 2 for maximum speed
→ Clean JSON output with timestamps
→ Works with every Whisper model variant
Here's the wildest part:
https://t.co/WfJGCpSz09 charges $100/year. Rev charges $1.50/minute. Descript charges $24/month. Enterprise transcription contracts cost thousands.
Podcasters, journalists, researchers, lawyers, content creators — anyone still paying for transcription is lighting money on fire.

PSA: Technological nihilism is the belief that there's no point now due to AI. But do not feed into it. Often the deeper issue is the identity loss that is affecting everyone one way or another. You will evolve and re-tool to work on harder problems even if you cannot see it.
we’re in the most unstable saas era ever
AI lets anyone spin up a functional saas in days
your competitor isn't just the incumbent anymore - it's also the founder who shipped last tuesday
users have infinite options now, and switching costs are approaching zero
retention used to be about ui, features, performance, but today it’s about attachment
it's like if you're building on OpenAI's API - you're walking into a trap
you're literally just one model update away from commoditization
what you need to figure out is distribution, integration, domain expertise, and customer success
the companies winning right now aren't the ones with better features. they're the ones who embedded themselves so deep into the user workflows that ripping them out would hurt
"the hard thing” today is not building software, it’s finding something people would be upset to lose
and that’s the real shift
Harvard university has an underrated lecture on building a product that can scale.
every indie maker can learn from this!
adding my notes below for your help:
"We want to get married, but there is nowhere we can set up a house of our own. It is either a case of waiting goodness knows how long, and we've waited all the war, or, going to live with Mary's mother.’ How often is a similar remark heard in those days, for it is the problem that young people all over the country have to face. Thousands of young fellows have come home from the war intent on setting up a home with the girl of their heart only to find that there are no homes to be had… Many men, of course, have not waited for houses, but have got married and gone into rooms or to live with relatives, but neither course can be considered very satisfactory.”
Nowhere to Set Up House, Dundee Courier (1920)
Interesting how everything and nothing changes in 100 years
