Lambeth Young Carers is a service delivered by @CarersHub. We provide support to young carers aged 5-16 and young adult carers aged 16-21.

On 23/11/23 it is #CarersRightsDay. This year’s theme is ‘Your rights: today, tomorrow and in the future’.

On Thursday 23rd we will also be holding a celebration event, where Young Carers can take part in wellbeing activities with Nurture Meadow and find out about local support!
