@simonaiken@Markyles A 70 year old bloke standing in a church he doesn't attend, in a town he doesn't live in, telling women what to do with their own bodies as he spreads dangerous lies about life-saving health care for women, is not my dear man - "post-Benny Hill" culture
It's disgusting misogyny
What a pity this Bondi tragedy has so quickly descended into political point scoring. Do people really think this tragedy could have been prevented. Precisely what policy or action would have prevented it? Louder political rhetoric?
@dadsweb67 Road trip round Hokkaido in June/july, the rundown from the rental car lady at New Chitoise made me so anxious I have never driven so carefully! 😂 would think twice about driving in winter tho
@TheOscarRace Love this film, it’s incredible. My son and his gf watched it with me once and I completely ruined it for them by talking over the top in every important scene 😂. A family joke now. But a great film!
@ZealandEarly Ah, there’s always something you can put in front of them and get them interested. I used to take my boy when he was little to look at one or 2 things then get out. That’s why they have good cafes!
@LucyGoBag Listened to the audiobook on the weekend on a long car trip. Marvellous book. Nodded in agreement, had a little tear here and there, thought a lot about the lessons. Told it’s not available yet in Oz but very happy to listen to it in the meantime. (Also loved the Dust book).
