Is there any fear or respect left for the presence of central forces, even after 27 of them were injured just a day earlier in Kangpokpi district?

The individual seen in the video appears to be openly mocking the central forces, seemingly unfazed as they move through these militant-occupied territories. This brazen display of defiance raises serious questions about the law and order situation in Manipur.

How can such audacity persist under the imposition of President’s Rule? Has the writ of the Indian state ceased to exist in these Kuki narco-terrorist strongholds? Are these occupied territories deliberately exempted from the very president’s rule meant to restore peace and stability?

The government of India must answer, how long will this dangerous impunity continue, and how many more lives must be put at risk before decisive action is taken?

The making of a Narco-Terrorist Empire under the disguise of the Suspension of Operation (SoO) with the Government of India has been systematically established.

The push for Separate Administration is to secure the empire and legitimise opium cultivation and drug trafficking business.

It is indeed the Big Brother Alliance of Narcos.

THE FACT:

The Joint Finance, 3rd Bn Kuki Army Camp Sinai, Moris Kuki, and Paominlen Kuki of KNO/KNA have issued an order requesting all poppy cultivators to donate 1 KG of opium for the cause of the Kuki Nation. Additionally, the SoO group KNO/KNA has monopolized poppy cultivation and has issued Business Permit Cards to all villagers and poppy planters. Individuals are required to obtain these permit cards to cultivate poppy. If any individual cultivates poppy without these permit cards, a fine of Rs. 10 lakhs will be imposed on them.

DEFINITION:

A narco-terrorist is an individual, group, or organization that combines drug trafficking with terrorism to further their goals. The term generally refers to activities where illicit drug trade is used to fund, support, or facilitate terrorist operations. It can also involve using violence or intimidation—common tactics of terrorism—to control the drug trade or eliminate opposition.

Key characteristics of narco-terrorism include:
1.Using profits from drug production or trafficking to finance terrorist activities.
2.Employing terrorist methods to protect drug operations, control markets, or target authorities and rival groups.

What is more concerning is the Government of India’s proxy peace policy, providing them with all forms of logistic support in the name of a peace agreement called the Suspension of Operation (SoO) since 2005.

How #ITLF engineered the #ManipurViolence by burning the Centenary gate at Leishang .

This is the first available photo taken at 1421 hours or 2.21 pm on 3rd May, where it is seen that a crowd has gathered at the #CentenaryGate with ‘smoke’ at the foot of the concrete structure.

A video uploaded showed that a docile looking small fire with 2/3 rubber tyres is seen.

‼️This is the ‘Fire’ which the #Kukis have justified and given the reason that led to an orgy of vandalism, Assault and arson of hundreds of homes and murder in the next 3 hours of that afternoon ‼️

‼️But at around 12.30 pm, for whatever reasons, there was a large #Kuki crowd gathered, which disappeared for a while and appear when the ‘Fire’ at the concrete structure of the gate started. ‼️

‼️Who gave directive for the gathered crowd /guards to disappear and then reappear ? ‼️

‼️ There is no way, anyone could have burnt the Centenary gate without the crowd intervening especially for a Meitei. It is impossible for a Meitei to even touch the gate, leave alone set it on fire by placing 2/3 tyres ‼️

But this is what happened soon afterwards.

The following places were vandalised , burnt and civilians killed by #ITLF, #KukiMilitants and their supporter in the next 3 hours of this tragic day :

wife and children, they were signs of torture, sexually assaulted and I suspected they were rapped before
they were killed and then thrown into the Barak river. I never imagined that whole my family members could be abducted in front of CRPF and killed after adduction. So, I appeal to the authorities to investigate and give severe punishment to those aggressors” says, Telem Uttam Singh, 38-yrs husband of Telem Thoibi Devi and father of Thajamanbi (8 years)

“While I was at home, my mother called me with disturbing news. She said that Kuki militants had
surrounded her house and urged me to run and hide if possible, to save my life. When I went
outside to check and try to reach them, I saw Kuki militants dragging my mother and sisters and
forcing them into their vehicles. More than 30 Kuki militants surrounded our village.
…After that, the Kuki militants began firing at the houses. The CRPF outpost wasn’t far from
where the incident occurred, yet the CRPF could not saved our mother and sisters from the Kuki
militants while they abducted them. ..

When the dead bodies of my mother and sisters were found,
they were half-naked. My sister's upper part of her head had been torn off, and there were many
bruises and injuries on their bodies. I suspect that the Kuki militants raped them and then killed”

“I was shocked to learn the news, like the whole sky fell on me instantaneously at that moment. My
