GPT-6 Extra High vs. Kimi K3 Swarm - ECHO Start Menu
Both models received the exact same prompt. I’m shocked at the quality Kimi K3 was able to output here. Its overall visual quality is above GPT-6’s and even above the menu from the actual game.
However, it took significantly longer - around 3.5 hours versus GPT-6’s 42 minutes. Roughly 5× longer.
GPT-6’s demo felt more realistic and stayed a lot closer to how the original menu looks.
Kimi added something that GPT-6 missed, which was the interactive eye tracking. Kimi’s eyeball follows (albeit blurry and in a slightly weird way) where you click on the start screen. GPT-6’s doesn’t.
• GPT-6 Extra High: approximately 46,000 generated output tokens - $2.30 in API-equivalent output cost.
• Kimi K3 Swarm: estimated 250,000 generated output tokens - $3.75 in API-equivalent output cost.
Claude Fable 5.1 (Max) by @AnthropicAI has landed in the Agent Arena at #1 with +15.8% net improvement across 6.7k+ real-world agentic sessions! It also redraws the price-performance frontier: #1 on the leaderboard at a median cost of $4.14/task.
By signal, Claude Fable 5.1 sees a massive lead in implicit user sentiment with an astonishing (+42.5%) in Praise vs. Complaint. Users are praising it around 2x more often than the next top model. It also sees strong explicit feedback via Confirmed Success (+22.4%), and solid Bash Recovery (+13.1%), with no Tool Hallucinations. More detail on its performance by signal below.
Claude Fable 5.1 (Max) out ranks all past Claude variants and the rest of the pack by a healthy lead.
In Agent Arena, we measure models on millions of long-horizon agentic tasks from a global community of users. Models can access web search, filesystem, and terminal tools to complete complex workflows. The leaderboard measures model performance on outcomes relative to the average model using a causal tracing methodology.
Stay tuned as traces continue to come in for the latest GPT-6 Astra to see how it compares. Use Agent Mode to contribute to the real-world rankings.
Congrats again to @AnthropicAI for this release.
1/5 — Cyber Risk Goes Parabolic
High-severity vulnerabilities at the world's biggest tech firms (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Linux…) went from ~300/month to 2,300+ in a few months of 2026.
I am so impressed with GPT-6 Astra, it's extremely good
Remember when GPT-5.6 Sol ran DOOM on its own CPU at like 1 FPS?
GPT-6 Astra is now running it at 20+ FPS
I have no words

Here’s how dies are positioned in an advanced semiconductor package
This machine from Universal Instruments, a Delta Electronics (https://t.co/MS9KleDzA2) company, picks individual dies from a wafer and precisely places them onto the package substrate or interposer
We have made alignment advances with Astra over Sol. But I won't claim it's "most aligned ever" since even if this is true by some metrics, it's not enough given growth in capabilities and autonomy. I remain concerned about the gap between what we need and what we have.
Assuming AI agents like the below one go mainstream what happens:
1. These AI agents generate 10x or more email volume, machine gunning emails to companies/humans to try and get what they want
2. Said companies eventually either ignore email, or set up an AI to deal with it…
Fast jeder dritte industrielle Mittelständler erwägt die Verlagerung ins Ausland. Der Standort Deutschland verliert weiter an Attraktivität.
#Mittelstand#Industrie#StandortDeutschland#KfW

I put together a handbook on how attention works, from the Q/K/V equation up through how it actually runs in modern LLMs.
Self vs. cross-attention, causal masking, multi-head attention, RoPE, KV caching, MHA/MQA/GQA/MLA, FlashAttention, worked through by hand, with citations back to the original papers.
Made it to be the explanation I wish I'd had.
AIHealthTech Insider # 116: A 48-year-old man became the first person to have a brain tumor removed while AI analyzed the surgery in real time. His sight was saved.
→ World first: live AI-assisted neurosurgery at UCLH, London (May 2026)
→ AI color-coded critical anatomy on live surgical video — not pre-op scans
→ Pituitary tumor pressing on optic nerves. Margin between success and catastrophe: ~1mm.
→ Patient's vision improved dramatically after surgery
→ 86.8% of surgeons say intraoperative AI could positively impact surgical performance
The AI didn't hold the scalpel. It showed the surgeon where not to cut.
