I went off protocol and ate meat.
While traveling in Australia, I tried to fit in with social norms and ate animal protein for the first time in six years.
Here’s what happened…
It changed my gut microbiome:
+ good bacteria dropped 61% (the fiber-eating kind… Roseburia and Agathobacter)
+ fat handling, bile tolerant bacteria jumped 2.5x (+154%)
It made for a good experiment.
To be clear, I am not against meat. Plenty of omnivores have perfectly healthy microbiomes too.
This only shows that in me, after six years of legumes, pea protein, hemp protein, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, berries, nuts, seeds and collagen peptides, one week of animal food left this unfavorable signature.
The scientific details of what we learned:
1) Gut bacteria digest fiber to make butyrate and SCFAs, which repair your gut lining and turn down inflammation. I had 61% less which means my gut wall was possibly more vulnerable and I had less protection against inflammation.
2) The animal food sources had my body generate more bile which acts a bit like a detergent, killing off sensitive good bacteria and enabling tougher, tolerant ones to take over. There's some early evidence these shifts can happen within a day of eating animal food.
TO BE CLEAR: you eat what you want. I support you. I am not trying to get you to eat what I eat. I’m sharing experiment results from measuring my body.
Bitwise just filed an S-1 with the U.S. SEC to launch a spot $LINK ETF
This is the first ETF filing focused solely on providing spot exposure to LINK (previous filings had LINK as part of a basket)
ETF structures are a natural fit for institutional capital
Love to see it 🔥

ELON: EU’S REGULATION NOOSE GETS TIGHTER EVERY YEAR—EVENTUALLY, IT WILL KILL EUROPE
“Europe actually has more bureaucracy than the US does because you don't just have the provincial and national level, you also have the EU on top of that.
To be totally frank, the EU headquarters in Brussels is essentially a giant cathedral to bureaucracy.
If one wishes to visit the grand cathedral of bureaucracy, visit the EU headquarters in Brussels.
Europe needs government efficiency more than the US does.
Overregulation has inhibited a tremendous amount of progress and innovation in Europe.
I call it the slow strangulation by overregulation because it's not like at any one moment you feel like this is it.
But the noose around the neck just gets a little tighter every year, and eventually, it's going to kill Europe.
So there must be, in my opinion, immediate action to reduce regulation at the EU level, at the country level, and at the local level.”

Do you know that the commercially made bread and cereals you have for breakfast everyday are full of glyphosate and other pesticides and herbicides, and are a likely cause of your autoimmune diseases from irritable gut and eczema to asthma and thyroid problems?
The root of the issue goes deep into big agrochemical and seed companies (Bayer/Monsanto, Corteva, Syngenta, etc.) that dominate the seed and pesticide/herbicide markets and significantly influence farming practices. Their contractual agreements with farmers mandate the exclusive use of their GMO seeds (engineered to withstand heavy use of chemicals) and unnecessarily excessive use of their herbicides and pesticides. Farmers, facing economic pressures, are forced to adopt these practices.
Our @HHSGov will collaborate with other departments, including @USDA and @EPA , to implement policies that limit pesticide use and support organic farming. The FDA will impose the strictest limits on pesticides and herbicides in food to change agricultural practices.
Americans deserve normal, healthy food, and no one should be consuming pesticides and herbicides from their meals.
I did IT work at a Federal Government Facility for a number of years. All employees were supposed to change their passwords every 90 days. If they didn’t, one of my jobs was to change it for them, then wait for them to ask what the new password was. I would say 20% of the employees never asked what their new password was. Ever.
The world is starting to realize that Ukraine was a massive psyop and money laundering operation.
Which means that Putin was kind of right about the whole Ukraine thing.
This is why the Deep State conditioned the world to believe everything Russia says is “disinformation”. They knew that Putin knew their schemes, so they weaponized nearly all media around the globe, via Soros’ USAID influence machine, to make the public believe anything Russia says is a lie.
In reality, it was all to cover up their own lies and criminality in Ukraine. This is why the MSM have been screeching about “Russian collusion” and “Russian disinformation” since around 2014. The Deep State knew that Putin knew, so they weaponized the media against him, the same way they did Trump.
You just lived through the most advanced information and propaganda war in human history. The people you have been taught to hate are actually the good guys, and the people you have been taught to worship are actually the most evil people on the planet.
Trump's World Liberty(@worldlibertyfi) is buying $ETH, $LINK and $AAVE!
In the past 9 hours, the World Liberty Multisig wallet spent 10M $USDC to buy 2,631 $ETH at $3,801, 1M $USDC to buy 41,335 $LINK at $24.2, and 1M $USDC to buy 3,357 $AAVE at $297.8.

Our industry is used to seeing fake partnerships with TradFi, so I think there's almost a learned habit to ignore them because so many went nowhere in the past.
This is not like the rest. It's genuinely all real. You can just do 10 minutes of research to verify it.
Trillion dollar companies. Trillion dollar volumes will eventually flow through Chainlink.
11,000 banks (Swift) brought onchain via Chainlink.
Real live products, alongside all of their DeFi infra offerings.
None of this is priced in. Quants and analysts in the space have done zero maths.
No one even realizes how large Chainlink's annual revenue is currently.
Chainlink revenue is: SCALE deals + BUILD deals + fee sharing (GMX, SNX, JOJO, other data streams users) + point of use services like CCIP (this is the thing that will grow extraordinarily due to TradFi usage).
For reference, right now most L2s and L1s are paying Chainlink $10-30M annually to provide oracle services for their chain on behalf of their apps. That's likely somewhere in the range of $200-500M in revenue just from SCALE.
It will be extremely obvious in hindsight, and most on CT will miss it because they will be unable to pivot and away from old heuristics like "muh, dino coins pump less".
Chainlink isn't a dino coin. Dino coins are akin to memecoins where the token just exists and nothing about the project has changed in years.
Chainlink grows stronger year on year as one of the most innovative start ups in crypto, building new products that push adoption in the space forward. They literally bootstrapped all of DeFi when they launched price feeds. They probably have the most powerful network effects of any business, and possibly the biggest moat with their TradFi and capital markets partnerships.
Chainlink are the single biggest beneficiary of a new friendly US regime.
They have been held back immensely, and had to be extremely careful with the token's utility due to a corrupt SEC and regulation by enforcement.
This isn't hopium. The only thing that was unclear was the timeline for all of this to play out, which is much clearer now because of the US regulatory unlock.
The $LINK token has tested the patience and sanity of even the most ardent supporter, but the marines are going to be right, and I think it's their time.
BREAKING: The North Carolina Election Board just revealed that they have removed 750,000 names from the voter rolls, including 130,000 dead people and 290,000 registrations that were duplicates
This comes after Republicans filed a lawsuit, showing 225,000 names were unlawfully allowed onto the rolls because of a failure "to collect certain required identification information before the registration forms were processed."
This purge of exactly 747,274 is just the number purged in the last 20 months. So, I don't believe it includes the names challenged by the Republican Party, which means they still have hundreds of thousands more to remove.
How does a state of 10 million end up with almost a million ineligible registrations in the first place? In elections, sometimes separated by a handful of votes, having almost a million ineligible names on the voter rolls, plus rampant mail-in voting, is an Election Fraudster's dream.
The more that is spent, the worse it gets, because the money doesn’t go to the homeless, it goes to the hundreds of “charities” that then treat the homeless as sources of revenue.
The more homeless there are, the more money these organizations get, so their incentive is to increase, not decrease, homelessness!
Whatever you incentivize will happen.
