For normies and everything else it's the same limitation. To use an "AI agent" you must already have essential, real-world systems that are fully computer-controlled, with quantifiable metrics of success. Something that is not and has not been the case for 99% of human endeavors

Outside of coding I don’t see the AI agent use case yet for myself and more broadly for normies. We’ve had Openclaw and Hermes for months. I don’t need an agent to monitor my email and calendar this is just silly. It’s clear they are all trying to force solutions for problems that don’t exist. Grok Bot and Buzz are just Hermes/Openclaw in a Slack interface. Where’s the actual innovation man?

It's both, like the dotcom boom. It will "crash" due to over exuberance but crashing will look like consolidation, brief stagnation, then emergence of new business models which are actually sustainable (i.e. do not involve eating $5k infra bills diffusing potluck flyers)
